Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges only in the following cases:

• You receive the wrong size due to our error.

• You receive a defective or damaged item caused by our mistake.

In these situations, your item will be exchanged at no additional cost.

Return Policy

• We do not offer returns or refunds.

• Exchanges are accepted only for issues caused by Prime Attires.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange:

• The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging.

• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process

1. Contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

2. Our team will review your request.

3. If your request is approved, we will provide instructions for the exchange process.

4. Once we receive and verify the returned item, your replacement item will be dispatched as soon as possible.
