Please double check your order details such as size, design and quantity before completing your purchase as we are unable to exchange items due to errors in these options. If you wish to change your order, you can cancel it within 24 hours and place a new order with the correct details. If you need help, please contact our support team.
Cancellation of Order
Time to complete: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing.
Cancellation Fee: Any order cancelled after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value.

Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 180 days of delivery. After this time, the order is considered final and no refunds will be issued. Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

Products differ from original order in design, size or material
Incorrect items received
Significant deviation from product description
Not eligible for return/refund:
Items that have been worn, washed or altered
Defective items not the result of our supervision
Items without original labels
Items with minor defects that can only be repaired
Please note: All returned items must be in their original packaging and in their original condition.

Approvals and instructions:
We will attempt to respond to your claim eligibility questions within 2-3 business days. Please do not send your parcel until you have received a confirmation email with your return address.
Return shipping costs:
Send your returned item via a local courier or post office, providing the tracking number from the courier. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Processing:
Once we receive your returned item, we will typically process your refund within 2 business days. You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs. If the delay is longer than 10-15 days, please contact your bank or credit card company for further assistance.
